On 12 May 1988 the Hamburg Regional Court (Landgericht Hamburg) ruled that the inclusion of direct or indirect links or references to other websites may result in shared liability for the content of the other sites. According to the court, this can only be avoided by explicitly dissassociating oneself from the content in question. OST has also inserted links to other websites here.
